  • Villa Type 1 - three single-story villas, located on the first line.

  • Spacious living room and three bedrooms.

  • Villa Type 2 - six two floor villas, terraced on the terrain, so that every house has a sea view.

  • Generous living room and four bedrooms.

Every villa includes:

  • An infinity pool measuring between 9m and 12m in length and 4.5m in width.

  • Large private yard.

  • Personal parking for two or three cars.

  • Sea view spacious veranda with an option to place an outdoor dining area, and an outdoor fire place is also provided.

  • Panoramic living room windows are equipped with the innovative MasterPatio sliding system from Reynaers Aluminium.

  • The floor-to-ceiling height is 310 cm.

  • Each bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom.

  • The aluminum facade framing is Reynaers Aluminium MasterLine 8 series, with thermal break and warm spacer.

The facade is designed with modern architecture consisting of a combination of several types of materials:

  • Contact facade with EPS insulation, silicate plaster, and decorative details made of aluminum composite panel.

  • Ventilated wooden facade - made with stone wool and wooden paneling from thermo pine by the world's leading manufacturer LUNAWOOD.

  • The roof waterproofing is implemented with two layers of SBS Sika bituminous waterproofing, each 4mm thick, with the final layer having a white granular finish that reduces the heating of the roof slab and improves the view for the rear row of houses.

  • The stone copings of the terraces are made of black granite.

  • All the pathways that connect the separate properties will be asphalted, illuminated, and landscaped in accordance with the project.

  • A fence will be installed around the entire perimeter of the villa village, and access will be limited by a checkpoint.
